Our Approach
Neurocognitive Learning Therapy is based on Cognitive Behavior Therapy models combined with cutting edge cognitive neuroscience. It combines this understanding with empirically valid mental health principles and therapies. Neurocognitive Learning Therapy is much more than a technique. It is a model that understands how people process information and experiences, and how mentally healthy behaviors and emotions can be developed and maintained. It permits one to incorporate many different aspects of how people learn to manage in the world, and helps people to be more resilient, and feeling better about themselves. It is a truly integrated and comprehensive treatment system which respects each person and their unique needs.
Our Story
Drs. Ted and Lori Wasserman have worked together for years, in clinical practice and research, to bring cutting edge research from the world of neuroscience to the treatment of people with mental health problems.
